In MONITORIZA we quantify the corrosion of the reinforcement with an innovative measurement system through sensors, placed on the surface or embedded in the structure. With the MONITORIZA system we detect precisely the moment of the depassivation of the reinforcement and we evaluate in real time its section loss in a NON invasive and NON destructive way.
For a good customized design of the monitoring system, we carry out previous consultancy and inspection works, necessary to optimize the results and customize the service according to the needs of the structure. This system, integrated in a data analysis program, allows to alert automatically the beginning of corrosion.

Sensor installation
It allows monitoring the corrosion of the structures at the same points, in a timely manner over time, according to the maintenance plan, saving costs and inspection time.
Monitoring system
It evaluates the real-time and continuous behaviour of the structure with respect to corrosion, saving maintenance and inspection costs and reducing the response time for decision making. The analysis of the results is displayed in an App with customised alarms according to the client's needs.
Consulting and Inspection
Through consultancy and inspection, the durability and service life of the structures is assessed in a timely manner and with portable equipment, in order to know their current state and future needs, which allows us to design customised preventive and corrective maintenance.
Courses, training
We design customized training for teams in the sector, who need to deepen their knowledge in areas related to durability, pathologies, non-destructive testing, service life and repairs of structures.
Real-time diagnostic
It can be carried out in different phases:
- Preliminary inspection phase, both through in-situ and laboratory measurements.
- Installation phase, data collection and data processing.
